Coachman House Cedar Key, Florida
Skibo Center C I R C A 1870 - PA
Gettysburg: Adams Court House American Legion Annex Contracted from the Gettysburg American Legion, this Circa 1870 structure required a complete renovation. A walkway was constructed across the alleyway connecting the building with the Adams County Courthouse. The Commissioners expanded county services with completion in 2009 occupying 100% of the historic structure. The American Legion utilized the sale proceeds to build a new building with ample parking ten blocks from the Courthouse.

Spring Lake Inn C I R C A 1888 - New Jersey
Built in 1888 as The Grand Central Stables this historic Inn is nestled on a 106 Salem Ave, Spring Lake, NJ just one short block to the beach. In 1982 Mr. Klos began the restoration effort of the badly neglected Inn during a decade that would mark many historic shore "hotels" being razed for new single family housing. In an attempt to preserve the Inn by maximizing the ROI, a new HVAC system permit was filed expanding the use year round. Spring Lake objected and halted the renovations. The matter ended up in Court because the 1982 HVAC use ban insured the Inn's demolition for new housing. At that time it was financially impossible to support the Inn from summer occupancy room rates. The court overturned Spring Lake’s ban on July 19, 1983, the HVAC system installed and the Inn was preserved. www.SpringLakeInn.com
